Dargon Maki-e drawn on black lip pearl both sides by traditional Japanese Maki-e artisan. Dragon faces, claw, and scale are carefully drawn to front handle, and Dragon body, scale, and clouds are carefully drawn by makie to backside handle. (Makie is usually done on the lacquerware, and is very difficult and rare to do on the MOP)
High mirror polished Cowry-Y powdered steel blade. Liner lock construction with thumb opening stud with black lip pearl inlay. 316 stainless steel bolster with mirror polished grooved lines and Tsuchime hammered finish on both sides. Black lip pearl spacers on back. Comes with Kiri wooden box that keeps and displays the knife in open postion.
