This custom chef by Koji Hara features a forged ATS-34 Stainless steel knife. Forged ATS-34 stainless steel sharpness is outstanding and sharpness of a knife is different so far. The full tang blade is tapered to the end of handle for a perfect weight balance. Contoured black linen micarta handle fits firmly in hand and nickel silver bolster. The kitchen knife comes with a original paulownia box and sheath.
